I've heard of minimal evidentary standards but that sounds alittle tooooo minimal. Seems the judge though so as well. I wouldn't worry about them wanting another bite of this candy bar. They'd first have to appeal the judges ruling {if Fl allows appeals in small claims court} and, you gotta have a reason for the judge to reverse themselves. They're just short on both the law and the facts.
Oh well, maybe it was a nice day for a drive!
