This is in regards to Wendy. Well this company is a collection agency. I had and account with them, but after a few years I have already settled. regarding them asking for a poste dated check, they are allowed to do this, BUT not allow to cash them before the due date. I did this with them and the representative that I talk to was ROSE. The only thing is that this ROSE person did not send me a PAID IN FULL letter and know there is another agency sending letters and requesting that I pay in full. Can you or any one out there help me contact theis GULF STATE CREDIT COLLECTION AGENCY. I need to get this letter sent to me, so that I can Proof to them that I did paid this off. I would need a phone number to them. Thank You very much.
