Ok everyone,
I just received a call from a CA in florida in regard to a charged off CC that is 7 years old (11-95) and should fall off CR this month. Should I call them back and tell them it is time-barred and SOL has run out? If I do, I'd like to know what to expect, as I'd like to turn the tables on them for once!
