Your "best case" is unrealistic. Period. That is not how the system works. Now if you want to be a one-person crusade and take on the entire credit and finance industry to change the system to fit YOUR ideals then I say good luck. But let's get real: it'll never happen because there is plenty of money to be made in our current lousy system.

If you think "settling" with a CA is such a good thing, read through all the archives of this board and you will see that "settling" is NOT a good thing.

You seem to be a wee bit angry, have you been "scammed?"
