IF the account was not past SOL for the state im living in id probably talk to them maybe , BUT ONLY becouse im better than anyone i talk to on the phone cause i have the ability to twist their words into knots even the best so thats not a problem for lil ole me , but it honestly depends on my situation everyones a bit different .. BUT now , if the collector thats trying to collect om ANY debt after the SOL has passed in the state im living in , id say ummmmmm hello , they'd reply were so & so , than my reply back would be to DROP DEAD IN SPADES YOU FU$@IN CROOK than slam the phone down !! that would ONLY accomplish in making ME feel better but thats whats important is how you feel not the criminals on the other end of the phone.. next step , id send a crrr stating STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT & DO NOT SELL GIVE OR TRADE TO OTHERS .. know what ??? once they get that promise ya they'll crawl back under their rock to try to extort money outta other who do not know their rights via state & federal laws & IF THEY DONT I'LL SUE YOU & I'LL BEAT YOU , attempting to collect on out of statue debts is illegal so what part of that dont you understand , ITS SIMPLY telemarketing fraud at its worse , ummmmm what part of that do you not get ???? later , kelly ........ ps just me lil ole opinion here babe !
