Why Chat...we already have an appointment with an attorney next week. I had already posted this, but wanted to make sure that it was known that it wasn't from a collection agency, but the company. My question, however, was, can I get in trouble for telling someone where they might be able to find this other person, since they asked, even if it isn't there legal residence? The phone call referred to me as well regarding this issue. I just can't see where telling someone where someone else might be, mind you "might be" when they ask...it's not like they are going to beat him up or anything like that.

I am aware that we are in deep doo doo, but it is a shame that innocent people get taken down when there is nothing that can be done about the guilty party.

We are struggling ourselves to keep creditors away from us, including scraping, borrowing etc to keep from loosing our house, so this problem has affected us personally as well.

Sorry, I didn't realize that this was a basically personal forum. I have been searching to find somewhere online that I can get information or find someone who has been through something similar, both business and personal. All I know is that the question I had was that the thread of a lawyer being called was thrown at me, not the business because I shared a small amount of information that anyone could have found out.
