Im sure most of the creeps that you dealt with were probably ex-caons fresh off of a prison sentence. Since they couldnt rape anymore, they are attempting another form of control. THis I agree with you. BUT.....If you have the money or the assets and they acted within the FDCPA, and offered a fair settle or payment plan laws WOULD YOU PAY???
