I disputed incorrect information regarding one of my credit card accounts and card company sent written confirmation within 30 days that the information I was disuputing was indeed correct and they were not going to change the information they were reporting to the credit agencies. Problem is the card account they reference as correct is not the same account I was disputing. Do I have to begin the entire process again and give them another 30 days to respond?
