just my opinion here but if you care about your credit & i believe you do than DO NOT go the debt relief route becouse thats really no better than chargeoffs in general it'll JUST screw your credit bad .. the 1 chargeoff is not good but after a few years it'll be less & less in meaning than totally fall off your reports in 7 yrs .. i think your on the right track & like i say the 2nd job deal with all that money going towards the bills would be best since your credit is ONLY a bit damaged & by far not destroyed , BK is an option BUT a last resort in my opinion ......... lots of luck , kelly .....
