AND of course most wanted helper wrote today to say NO after giving totally opposite impression. I guess at our age some of us have more memory problems than others do, but what can ya do.

If I as a California lady set up a corporate entity in Nevada the State automatically assumes it is to avoid state income tax. And while I will freely admit that every $$ is going to count here, well, that really is NOT the reason I want Nevada. I have a strong hunch that a LOT of talented people are stuck in these debt mires and that once the game of reclaiming our debts with OPM [other people's money] gets off the ground that we will have a lot of fun and do some real good WITHOUT rewarding scum for being obnoxious.
