Fantastic!! I knew you would win ;) You can probably win if you sue them, but I like Scott's idea - hehe. Believe me, they are NOT coming back for more. They are probably very mean and vindictive, but they won't be taking it out on you. And you're probably right - they have never been in court when one of their defnedants SHOWED UP. That's why they are collecting stale debts for a living instead of practicing law.
