Here is the real situation: They hire people at $7.50 and hour (last known amount) and make them handle 10 disputes an hour. Does that give you a clue, LOL?? Make it very simple and easy. Take a copy of your credit report and highlight the item you are disputing. Put the dispute in simple language- "the date is incorrect" Then tell them what you want "please delete" or "please correct the date" or whatever it is. Pretend your credit reports are being handled by elementary school children, who are learning to follow directions.

I think you better do it over, they didn't understand what you sent. Seriously.
