seems to me thats since you have not paid these clowns anything since like 1995 0r 1996 that this account is past SOL meaning you dont owe those loser crooks nothing ! its called telemarketing fraud in my opinion .. theres laws both state AND federal on the books right now to protect us all from these SCAMS so simply INVEST 5 bucks at your local post office send those crooks a letter certified return reciept requested stating STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT .. once those crooks get that & you get back your signed green card from them they'll go on to find others to try to extort money from OR if im sure it gets DRY enough they'll stake out their local 7- 11 looking for unsuspecting prey to rob becouse theres NO DIFFERENCE "in my opinion" if they rob you over the phone or in person , robbery is just robbery & once ANY ANY ANY debt is PAST SOL its robbery but like i say just kel's lil ole opinion here bye , kel .........
