I do not think any of the letters on my site fit your situation. What you need to do is send a validation letter and a SOL letter combination. Use the SOL format from my SOL letter, but use the Statutes from the repo website, not the State SOL's for cc debts.Find the SOL for your State for Oral contracts and use that time period. Merge it with this letter: http://www.creditinfocenter.com/forms/sampleletter9.shtml Eliminate the stuff about id fraud, but make sure you keep in "this is not a refusal to pay etc.etc." At the end where there are requests for proof of the account, keep everything that refers to their right to collect,and any judgments on record, but substitute proof of accounting and procedure for repossession for proof of cc accounts.
