I used a format and enclosed both as you suggested. I probably did screw up in putting that I only deal directly with the OC. and I neglected to put this is not a refusal to pay. I did find the original letter today from GSC saying they purchased the acct in OCT 01...we went to court with the creditor in the lawsuit in sept.01!!! Can I use this if we have to go back to court to question the validity of the actual owner of the debt?
