This card was perfect until after sept 11 of last year, when me and my son lost our jobs. We fell behind then and just recently tried to come out of it. He paid everything until then. Now the agency would not let him or I pay a certain amount every month, but they accepted a 400 dollar check this week, which was deposited with that letter that went with it. We are in NY, and this account fell into delinquency last december.
