any 15 day validation letter?

If anyone has a copy please let me know. I found only the 30 day ones. Is the content the same? If so I'll just use it and change the number of days. Also it has been over 2 weeks that collection didn't respond to my 30 day validation ltr. I'm not thinking about taking them to court either. The amount they said I owe is $150. They never called or contact me beside 1 letter. So is sending the 15 day letter the next step? TIA!
