The Profit and Loss (charge off) should be corrected to reflect that it was included in Bankruptcy. You can file a dispute to get it changed..but the entry will still remain for 7 years from the delinquency date it will just change from " charged off to profit and loss" to "included in bankruptcy". Not sure what you mean by "EX" but it is legal for companies written off in Bankruptcy to continue reporting on your file until the 7 year time limit (from original delinquency) is up. Reaffirmations should not show up as included in bankrruptcy since they obviously weren't. Despite the fact that you list them when filing a BK, if you reaffirm at or before your meeting of creditors, essentially you are agreeing to continue the account (either under different terms or the same) and NOT include them in the BK. Since you reaffirmed the car it's going to be treated the same as if you didn't file bankruptcy...thus they can still, unfortunately, abuse your credit report with an AR entry. Probably to find out if you are worth suing or not.
