Put your $25,000 in a SAFE money market account, jointly with a TRUSTED family member, with THEM as primary. Stop paying all EXCEPT 1 or 2 LOW interest LOW balance cc ,gas or store accounts.

What State are you in? That will decide what you need to do IF you get sued for the rest of your accounts. IF you can get some of the cc accounts PAID OFF before filing BK, and IF you still need to file, you will at least have left yourself some options. If you are sued, they will not be able to touch the joint account. If you go longer without a job, at least you will not lose what you have.
