No evidence given, The Debt collector forwarded statements showing a balnace but no actual charges and no affidavit from the OC stating the debt was owed.
THe client was a victim of fraudm and forgery.
THe client reported the claim to the original creditor and they said they would look into it, never did,m then sold the debt to AAC.
Shady situation.
