Lady thats gotta be about the most realistic right on post ive EVER read on this forum period & i must say i agree with you on your opinion becouse your EXACTLY RIGHT its ALL geared into the wrong places .. i'll tell ya me personally i have only 1 chargeoff credit card that I did everything possible not to have going that way but i was penalized for being hurt BADLY in an auto accident over 4 years ago thru NO FAULT of my own & the girl had NO insurance to boot .. i was treated like im a deadbeat & all they did was punish me on top of being injured with UNREAL interest & late fees ALMOST like they wanted me to default .. my interest rose from something like 4.9 % to almost 30 % with late fees on top of that to only compound MY SITUATION .. i dont get how or why once they smell you may be in trouble they give you that final push over the cliff than from their final push im now a so called dead beat .. hey but whatever its just unrealistic & THE WHOLE CREDIT SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE CHANGED from the way pre approved cards are handed out to the way creditors SCAM people on past SOL debts & not the bankruptcy laws but theres where IN MY OPINION its ALL starts from & thats with campaign "contribution" reform becouse UNTIL THE MBNA'S & CITIGROUP can no longer give "i'll be nice & just say "CONTRIBUTIONS" to congress nothing will EVER change not even this dudes fantasy wonderful new credit collection world , just MY 2 cents & just MY opinion ..........
