Are you sure that these are unauthorized inquiries? There are two types of inquiries. Those which are initiated by some action that you have taken and the "pre-screening" type of inquiry. The report that comes directly from the credit bureau will indicate something like.."the following inquiries are not included when a creditor asks for your credit report". None of those type of inquiries affect you credit score. Therefore, when you say "They are KILLING my credit score" the obvious inference is that there are MANY inquiries that are NOT in the pre-screening category. If that is the case, you need to see an attorney because IF there are that many UNAUTHORIZED inquiries, you probably have a case for violation of the FCRA.
