Well, you can hardly blame us for our rampant skepticism and ire. In general, I'd say it wasn't meant to be a personal attack. For good reason, people here are wary of the 'too good to be true' scenario where collections, be it from OC's or CA's are concerned.

IF you could actually effect the changes that would eliminate the credit assassination that consumers are subject too, even if we pay up thru settlements or paid judgments or paying charge-offs, then the whole picture would most certainly change. I doubt I'm alone in saying that.

Except for the last couple of years, I've had excellent credit. Now its totally in the sewer and mostly because of things utterly beyond my control. Even if I can manage, ONE AT A TIME, to somehow settle these charge-offs, I'm still going to be penalized for the next 7 years on my CR and maybe even by the IRS. IF I settle with one, you know the rest will see it and ramp up their collection efforts, but one at a time is all I might manage, it takes months to save up enough to settle even at 40% at this point.

As I said, your proposal, IF you can accomplish it, would be great, but I fear you have one heck of a behemoth (or 2 or 3) in the banking, credit and collections sectors to fight in order to make it a reality. For your sake, and ours, I hope you can pull if off !! Unfortunately , it won't be in time to help me (or others) now.
