If you have a name, address or a phone number, file a report on line with the FTC, your State AG's office and if they call back tell them that since you are recording the call for the sheriff's office they should speak up and speak more clearly. This is a scam con game being played by shady illegal collection agencies. It is against the FDCPA & the laws of your State.
