Hi,
I have serveral problems which needs immediate attention. Here it is. A collection agency has sued me for an amount I owe to a credit crad company. The judge ruled in favor of the creditor and now my bank account is closed. I had several credit cards, ranging from $800~$2,000. I managed to settle several accounts on my own.
Is there a way for me to settle the judgement with the collection agency, or in this case, the law firm? The judgement was not big. Only approx. $3,0000. If so, how much can they offer me in terms of a settlement? Thank you for your help...
