What happens when a new collector reports a different time? Ive noticed all of my past accounts from 1998 show new dates. But I have an old credit report that states when there supposed to fall off. Will they stay on indefin. if they keep uping the report time? Is this legal? Can I send letters to them insisting that this info be corrected?
