I have still never found out what the SOL on a bounced check is. My wife has one from a school debt from like 1996 or 1997 I cannot remember. Would you happen to know? I know from browsing an attorney site one day there is a Sol(the attorney said 3 years) but I do not remember what state it was for and for ohio I am not sure what kind of account it would be listed as.
