Check out the local Consumer credit counseling service in your town, they have a program where you pay $35 and attend a "seminar" on checking accounts, banking etc for 3-5 hours and when the class is over they give you a certificate of completion which you take to a participating bank (they give you a list of banks) to open your new account! or you can pay a company to clear your chexsystems account or open a checking account for you.. www.anotherchancechecking.com .. hope this information helps you out!
