Triad is too recent to do much with right away. Student loans can be rehabbed. Axsys - you're probably right, dispute it. Medical bills - dispute the oldest ones first. Nationwide - this is still within SOL in IL, be careful. Scott and some others might have some suggestions. Marin - this account is now past SOL, dispute all you want.

SOL on open accounts is 5 yrs in IL. Before you dispute any more, have your old addresses deleted from your credit reports - it really helps.

I would concentrate payments on rehabbing the student loans and the really recent debts, start disputing the others, and make sure to pay current creditors on time.
