If an account was delinquent but you were making payments, does the SOL apply to the delinquency or to the last payment to the cc company regardless of the status of the account? (Virginia) I'm hearing SOL applies to a delinquent account never made current but then I hear the Last payment which on in Virginia. Going to court and wanting to use SOL defense. All advice appreciated.
