a collection agency contacted me about a 2 yr old bill(in virginia) for a computer class which should have been paid by my employer. no mini miranda was heard and the collector started to contact my about the bill. the original bill was to me but the collection agency removed my name from the bill and put my employers name on it and tried to collect under the UCC uniform commercial code. the collector contacted my first level supervisor without my permission and contacted my 2nd and 3rd level all the way up to regional vp even calling them at their homes. i have lost my job due to this and am in need of HELP. i have lost my $50,000 a yr job over $1199.00.
