Sorry to ask so many questions but I think I need help with one more thing and I also am unclear on one more thing...
#1-How do you know if the collection agency "owns" the debt as opposed to it being "assigned" to them? How does that make a difference in court/what they need to sue you and/or if they are entitled.
#2-sorry to keep asking about SOL but does it go by the state my car was repoed in or the state I live in now. Once again, sorry but I am still unclear. I know there are the different laws about sol, the confusing thing seems to be that with it being a repo things seem unclear.
