WHAT ID DO & by simply telling you what id do im not telling you what should do so with that said once they call you all upset after finding that you cancelled the check becouse they will call you without a doubt , personally i actually would talk to the slug thats in "CHARGE ONLY" & id say ok fine , i'll send you the 300 bucks ( 300 is not that much to keep great credit its nothing really ) but ONLY UNDER 1 CONDITION becouse if you wanna PLAY GAMES with me & sue me than thats fine becouse i WILL go to court & i WILL beat you in court using SOL as my 100 % winning defense so with that said mr . trashbag ill send you the 300 bucks BUT ONLY if you in writing state that you'll delete the trade line on this account with all 3 major credit reporting agencies within lets say 30 days & you send me something IN WRITING that you will do this kinda like "i the piece of trash & my garbage collection company i represent" will delete the account from all 3 major credit bureaus once we recieve the money order for 300 bucks .. with that to me in writing from you 1st than YES I WILL send you the 300 in collecton money extortion money or whatever term that makes you feel good inside .. ive seen this done when SMALL amounts like 500 & less are involved , bet they'll do it .. look if it was lots of money id say screw it it'll drop off all your 3 reports in like 4 more years but IF I HAD ALL GOOD CREDIT EXCEPT for this 1 account will thats what id try to do , i mean hey wacha got to lose way i see it nothing buck a few dollars & a deleted negative trade line , but hey just my opinion here ... lots of luck , kel .....
