You know I have been looking for something to help me out with this lawsuit that is pending (pretrial is dec 9th) and I think I may have found something. I stress MAY. Could I argue the SOL due to UCC? In the state of Michigan it is 4 years and from what I have read, looks like because it was a breach of contract for sale that it does pertain to UCC.
