Scott, The bk deal won't be the only problem. Look for an all out assualt on the FDCPA and the FCRA next to put a higher burden of proof on consumers and indemnification for the ca's and cra's. Think I'm kidding? Do a search for H.R.2014. It already has 27 sponsors. Owing money is about to become a contact sport.
