Now you wait 30 days and see if they validate.. they won't or they'll ignore it. At that point you send them another letter giving them 15 days to validate and if they still don't answer, you send an intent to sue letter. You can find samples at www.creditinfocenter.com and www.creditnet.com for the next letters you'll probably need.
