Dispute the ones you don't recognize as 'not mine' with all three of them. Send them certified, rrr. Letters for this can be found at www.creditinfocenter.com and www.creditnet.com. Read up on validation and disputing CRA's on creditinfocenter too, that'll help. The forums there are a good source to.

As for the Citi card that was included in your BK, dispute that on the basis of its being included and it should be noted as a zero balance and 'included in Bk'. Send your BK information along with that letter.

The thing is, wait until just before Thanksgiving to send these, you may get faster results because they're understaffed during the holidays.

As for inquiries.. what kind of inquiries ? You can dispute those too.. its in the letters.
