I guess I should make things clearier. My ex-wife agreed NOT to go after me for CS if I left the state and never seen the kids again. At that time, I wasn't working and thought that perhaps it was for the best. We were living in AZ and my family was from KY. My ex then proceeded after a couple of years to set CS in motion, however, she didn't have my address and by the time I was notified, I was already behind! NOW the CS agency wants a FULL LUMP SUM PYMT, which I can't do. I would be more than happy to make monthly payments once I file BK and have the other credit issues taken care of.

There is a lot to this situation. I DON'T want to get out of paying my support! I just am worried that CS agency might be able to use some legal action against me after I file BK. That's all I am trying to find out.

IF I file BK will the CS come after? I have a good job now, but am stretched to the max, but I can find a way to make a monthly payment, but they want it all or nothing.
