The original account went to collections in 97. Is this when the SOL starts? Also, Crestar no longer exists and MBNA seems to have no clue as to what account I'm talking about (Crestar merged with MBNA). Is there anything I can do to keep the Lender from running in the other direction? BTW the CA is located in MN. Thanks so much!
