Given I find the letter from Crestar, can I send a letter to the CA demanding they remove this negative mark and send me confirmation of such and "stongly advise" that I will take legal action if they do not respond immediately? or do they have rights too? LOL I'm really concerned I'm going to lose getting a mortgage bc of this fiasco. Many thanks again!
