Well, I just viewed copies of my credit reports as suggested and Experian does not even show it at all and TransUnion shows it charged off. They do not show a last payment date, but show only a Date Reported of 5/1/99. I know that there has been no activity on my part since early 1998. When taking SOL into consideration are they going to use their date of 5/1/99? If so, I guess there's not much I can do except for show up in court and hope for the best.
