Adding information to a bureau

I know this is a bit off topic, but here goes... I'm the owner of a condo that was "wraped" I'm on title, and I write off the interest paid on the loan, but the person I bought the property from is still the person on the loan. I pay my loan through United Title loan servicing. I sent three years of on time payments history printed from United Title to all three bureaus CRRR, and they all responded with "they are unable to include private information because it cannot be verified nor updated for accuracy" How can I get the bureaus to add these 3 years of great payments added to the bureaus.... I really need to add this to my file to qualify to finance the property into my own name. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
