i dont waana answer for Whychat but its late & maybe your on now .. 1st ya need to look in your state statues & i dont know what state your in but none the less its defined in the federal T.I.L.A act section 15 i "believe" its regulated by the fed regulation Z , 12 c.f.r. 226 , im thinking like title 1 .. ive actually read the act myself about 4 mths ago so its without a doubt there its just honestly its late & besides that i cant tell you EXACTLY where its located at the moment but if you do a google search with the limited info i supplied to you you'll come up with it but im sure others will write in with that info for ya .. bye , kelly .........
