I'm a bit confused about the chapter 13 BK. I was reading the article about it and it's stated that it is for people with a source of income, which would be me. Under chapter 13, you pay out a monthly amount which is sent to your creditors....? How is this amount determined?
Do you have to include ALL of your creditors, even those that you might want to keep paying on your own?
What about late charges and interest? Will any late charges be removed? Will high interest rates on credit cards be reduced, or eliminated?
What about the effects of filing for BK on your job?
