Did you send your letters certified mail, return receipt requested ?? If so, did you get the green cards back ? That would be your proof that they DID get your letters and they're lying and violating the FCRA.

If you did not use certified mail, then, as you've found, they will deny ever having heard from you. Send your next demand CERTIFIED, RRR, and keep track, because if they don't do what they're supposed to do within the 30 days, you can sue them.
