1) If one files BK & has only credit card debt, with no assets, is it necessary or advisable to hire a lawyer (assuming one has any money with which to pay a laywer) for the actual filing, or just if a creditor files an objection?
1a) - If you hire a lawyer to file simple BK, will they handle problems, or does everything cost extra?

2) What happens to the bank account if BK is filed? If you have a credit card thru the bank where your acct is established, can the CC co take your money even if BK is filed? (Haven't found anywhere I can move the account yet because a personal acct was closed a few mo. ago).
