What kind of 'remedy' is she talking about ? Is this the judgment you asked about earlier ? While you could probably file the motion to vacate yourself, in your case you might need a lawyer because you have to produce something to prove that they lied about the service of the summons. You also have to present that proof in such a way as to be accepted by the court and a lawyer would know just how to do that. Otherwise you stand to have your motion denied for any number of reasons.
