Geez.. same thing as Citibank did with that other guy . What IS going on with these banks ?? This is ridiculous. If you close a damn account, they should NOT be able to re-open it for ANY biller, the charge should just be refused !!! Gonna have to research this BS tactic, I don't see how it can be legal !! Anybody wanna help me research this ????
