i guess everyone has their own defination as the meaning & use of the word HUGE CHARGEOFF , i mean some may think 2500. is huge while others think 50000. is huge .. all i personally can say is i have excellant credit EXCEPT for 1 chargeoff'd credit card from summer 1998 ( due to a very bad accident where i was in bed many months , long long story ) & at that time my chargeoff was near 11000. give or take but when last notified a few months back before my August 2002 SOL passed it was something CRAZY like 18000. becouse of their RIPPOFF INTEREST , PENALTIES & hell who knows what else , they prolly tacked on someones vacation to hawaii into the amount for the hell of it , who knows though , so well HUGE depends .. personally im broke with less than 1000 bucks to my name with like a 10 year old car maybe maybe maybe worth like 2500. on its best day being apraised by a blind dude & i rent so really i was never really concerned about a suit becouse i have nothing & im broke but thats whole nother story .. so well huge , its just whos using the term i guess ......... kelly .....
