do nothing .. they can go by either state most likely but will go by ohio's SOL which know it or not is 4 YEARS not 10 OR 15 like youve heard or that they'ed lied to you & told you , its 4 yrs both cali & ohio on credit cards period .. send them a certified letter return reciept requested telling them STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT .. once they get that & you recieve confirmation they got it ( you getting your green card back they signed thru the mail ) they'll leave you alone .. bottom line i dont know exactly where in the ohio statue it is stating ohio's SOL is 4 yrs but IT IS & im sure others will tell you where to look , i believe Whychat has it posted on his site ... bye , kel ..
